Food Service

When it comes to food service, we offer a variety of options including BYO, recommended caterers, food trucks, or food platters.

• BYO – You are welcome to bring in your own catered food, snacks, desserts and beverages. If you do bring your own food and beverage and need help with set up, service, and clean up, there is an additional fee. 

• Recommended Caterers – We work with some of Milwaukee’s finest caterers and are happy to recommend one to you or help coordinate your food service with the caterer you select. Caterers can simply drop off food for your event and our team will set out platters or chafing dishes, or you can hire their teams to pass hors d'oeuvres, set up a buffet or provide sit down service.

• Food Trucks – The gates to Cream City Garden can be opened to provide access to some of Milwaukee’s best food truck vendors. Cream City has a list of over 50 food trucks with everything from BBQ and Mexican, to Soul Food and Belgian Waffles. Two different food truck staging areas are available, should you want to offer your guests variety. Guests can order their fare and bring it back into the garden or gallery to enjoy.

• Catered Platters – We don’t prepare the food, but we do have a respected local vendor which offers an extensive selection of  elegant food platters we can order for your event and present in buffet style for you and your guests to enjoy. You can request platters featuring fruit, veggies, deli meats, appetizers, sandwiches and petite desserts.

• Bar Service – If you’re looking to serve alcoholic beverages during your event, Cream City can recommended a licensed bartending service who can provide you with everything from wine and beer to signature cocktails.

Garden Accommodations

• The garden is available Memorial Day Weekend through mid-October. 

• Access to the garden for decorating is available the day of the event.

• Limited tenting is available if inclement weather is predicted. 

• Tables, chairs and basic linens for up to 20 guests are included in the garden rental fee.

• Cream City’s coordination of any food, beverage, décor and entertainment services is extra.

• Rental fee of the garden is based on the number of hours with guests in the garden and additional services selected.

• Garden and gallery rental starts at $1,199 for three hours which includes an hour before and after for set-up and clean-up. Additional hours may be added at $499 per hour. 

• Wi-Fi and electricity is available to accommodate musical entertainment.

• Garden events must conclude by 10PM.
